IBM has an incredibly rich design history, and it has been my honor to try and uphold those values, while gently nudging the brand forward. In essence, I see the job of myself and my team as making the complicated, simple. We take very complex ideas, and explain them in an easy to approach way that still respects the audiences intelligence. With this short film (and subsequent paid and organic social based on the film) we sought to draw a metaphor between safety at the track, and safety on your network. As we said in the film, never trust, always verify. My copy partner here was the one and only Joe Esposito, and we worked with the incredible team at The Mill to bring this to life.
