Apartamento: Desert Island Trailer

Apartamento invited five artists to dream up their own DESERT ISLANDS and create an artwork in response.⁣ ⁣ In this period of relative uncertainty and isolation, we wanted to use this idea to show how creativity, fantasy, and dreaming can be powerful forces to help us all get through, and transport us to these places of our own invention, whether real or imagined.⁣ ⁣ Since then, we’ve been documenting the creative processes of an international line-up of artists—which includes Karl Monies, Kusheda Mensah, Serban Ionescu, Yinka Ilori, and Marta Armengol.
