As Creative Director of the Digital Marketing Studio at Airbnb, I had the pleasure of leading our team on projects including all things digital. Outbound communications to new and established guests, instructional materials for hosts on listing their space, product announcements, videos, social campaigns and supporting materials for each biquarterly seasonal release.
Working closely with the brand and marketing departments, I helped direct our team and give creative life to the business goals and strategic vision of our CEO and senior leadership. The resulting work helped achieve the highest profit margin in company history to date and position Airbnb as the leader in the vacation rental industry worldwide.
