Lily Fields Distilling Co. has been produced by one scientist, one creative, and ten botanicals. With a twist of flare and lots of care, their first release of Sydney Dry Gin is a contemporary take to reflect the local Terroir. During my research phase, I took inspiration from the distilling process for the final product. The copper coiling also known as 'the worm' condenses the vapour back into liquid and I love its minimal form. I wanted this coil to play a hero in the branding while ensuring elements of typography and broader labeling reflect Jen's background as a chemist. Pops of fluro bring this brand-new gin into the modern, making it stand out next to competitors on the shelf. Brand direction, packaging design, and merchandise, as well as the development of digital and social marketing collateral.
