SupplyHouse.com is a leading online supplier of residential building materials. They are a technological pioneer in their category. After conceiving of a new same day/next day delivery service for the NY metro area, they needed a new website optimized for displaying accurate inventory and predicting delivery details. I lead the visual design effort and played a strong role in conceiving the information architecture/user experience. Through an extremely iterative process, we were able to strike a balance of showing the right details, at the right time, without overwhelming customers.
