Here's the deal: Miss Grass is looking for a COMMUNITY & RELATIONSHIPS MANAGER (CONTRACT) to manage social media, customer love, and community in our Venice Beach, CA office. Help the world get good at weed with us.


Miss Grass is looking for a highly engaged interim Community & Relationships Manager to manage social media, customer love, and community. You live and breathe cannabis and the Miss Grass ethos and want to bring it to life through our community, content, and relationships. With a deep love for the industry, an endless curiosity for cannabis and culture, strong storytelling chops, and social media expertise, you'll focus on nurturing and building our community. You'll be the conduit between brand and community, working to build/execute the social strategy, create content, and manage community calendars, proactively engaging with aligned influencers, talent, organizations, and brands to inform partnerships, storytelling, and foster growth.
You'll provide performance reporting to extract learnings and pivot as necessary, and lead and execute community gifting, customer love, and management of key stakeholder relationships while shepherding the brand with a critical eye and voice. This role is strategic, executional, creative, analytical, and—most of all—proactive about building and nurturing relationships via traditional and out-of-the box methods.

This is a full-time, contract position starting September 2021 through January 2022.

+ Execute social strategy across multiple social channels to hit KPIs for brand awareness, audience growth, site traffic, and revenue
+ Lead social media reporting—identify what works & pivot strategy accordingly, working closely with Head of Growth
+ Bring social channels to life by behaving socially, paying attention to trends and creating content IRL and in real time
+ Lead all community engagement on social, responding to every DM, commenting thoughtfully, & acting as a customer service expert
+ Identify and work with partner brands, talent, and social accounts to find organic distribution channels for MG product, content, and campaigns
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with content and marketing to align social
