Hot Damn! it's a Full-time job

Nothing would make your mom happier than bragging to the girls that her kid got a job as a Social Art Director/Content Creator at The Brooklyn Brothers in New York, USA. They'd all be very impressed with how brilliant and incredibly talented you are.

Social Art Director/Content Creator

Welcome to Brooklyn: the Earned 1st Ad Agency and global network built for the modern world. We call it Earned 1st, but to put it simply, it’s advertising that’s so good it doesn’t feel like advertising. We turn brand purpose into action and create ideas that matter, to ‘Rise Above the Noise’ of culture, rise above category conventions and rise above the constraints of ‘traditional’ advertising.

We’re a close-knit team of creatives, planners, business managers and makers who combine the rigor of marketing science with the relevance of earned media to develop and distribute ideas that help brands build long-term value – earning our way into peoples’ lives and communities.

We work with some of the most enterprising and influential brands in the world, including LEGO, Adobe, Pepsi, lululemon, Bumble, Financial Times, WaterWipes, MINI, Jaguar Land Rover and Southern Comfort.

Make it up, make it happen.

We’re looking for a junior-to-midlevel Art Director who wants to be the driving force behind the next great social brand that everyone else tries to imitate.

Superhero style – sometimes you’re solo, sometimes you’re teaming up. You must be just as comfortable collaborating as working on your own.

Presentation matters – the only great ideas are the ones that clients buy. You must be able to present and communicate your ideas with clarity and passion.

Bottomless pit – You wake up every day ready to concept ten post ideas you could make reality by snack break. And still have creative energy for longer-term platform thinking.

Maker’s mindset – be thinking about how to execute every idea, ready to make it yourself if that’s the best way to do it or sell it. Extra points if you’re the one building the set, or holding the camera.

Proactive thinking – you’re always bringing new ideas because you know not every opportunity lives within the brief.
