Advoc8 is looking for an Art Director, Digital and E-Commerce in Washington, DC, USA.


The Art Director of Digital and E-Commerce is a curious creative focused on providing unique and impactful solutions for our digital e-commerce client. This role is unique in that it will focus on owning and evolving an existing e-commerce brand by continuing to develop better user experiences, digital solutions, merchandise, partnerships, and 360 campaign support. This person leverages a strategic approach to design to help solve challenges, communicate brand messaging, and create continuity through visual storytelling. The Art Director has an innovative mindset and is motivated by collaboration, education and creative excellence. They must ensure that all work is in line with the project goals and metrics for success while ensuring connection with the core strategy and brand.

ADVOC8 is an experiential communications agency. We work with corporate brands, nonprofits and associations to tell their stories by transforming existing mediums into experiences that build lasting connections. We use the power of strategy based experiential storytelling to partner with brands boldly seeking to change perceptions, actions and beliefs. -Develop and implement creative and strategy with minimal supervision

-6+ years of experience in marketing, design, and digital e-commerce.
-2+ years of management experience as an Art Director
-Has ample experience working directly with and presenting to a variety of clients
-Is an excellent communicator
-Showcases strong knowledge of design, brand, 360 campaigns, digital marketing and e-commerce
-Is comfortable meeting tight deadlines and balancing multiple projects and clients at once
-Is proficient in Adobe CC
-Shows enthusiasm about both learning and mentoring
